Two day old chick doesn’t stand/walk

I have a TINY baby Ayam Cemani that was given to me because it “needs a little TLC” and the original owner didn’t have time for it.
He/she is about 2 days old. She is not walking at all or even standing up.
She opens her eyes occasionally but mostly sleeps quietly.
I am offering her water with electrolytes with a dropper, and tiny pieces of mushed up crumble. She’s not that interested in the food but will take a tiny bit here and there, and will drink the water a little bit.
She is cozied up in the brooder with the heat lamp and a teddy bear.
Anything else I should be doing?? How long can it take for her to be strong enough to walk??

They aren’t behind it really but she sticks them straight out most of the time. She is capable of bending them.
