I have three, 6-week old chickens. I think they're pullets but could use your expertise to be sure. Two of them are Jersey Black Giants, and the other one is a Speckled Sussex (at least that's what they told me). You'll see in the photos I numbered them for easy reference, and that I don't really have a good photo of chicken #3. S/he is similar in nearly all respects to chicken #2, however, so if you can help me with that one I'll know about #3.

    Here they are:

I think I'm going to have to change my siggie again in regard to my now very large black chicks...do Jersey Giants also develope ear muffs & beards? Last week I decided my five were Austrolorpes and now they look "Amish"!?!? And my speckled chicks have lost their speckles so are now barred...will take pics today, please help me identify the black ones first?
edited as typing w/one hand and eating lunch provided many mistakes...

Lucky you ended up with 3 hens out of 3!?
Amazing how big the SS is right along with the JG....unless the age might be a little off. My hens are good sized and full bodied. I love their speckled coats and green eyes!
    Congrats
