Two sets of chicks

I have two hens with 3 one week old chicks each, the mother hens are always fighting I can’t keep them together and I don’t have a big enough coop i have separate them in a brooder box but the mother hens are alway spilling the water and the feed i am worried the chicks are not getting enough water and food should i separate the chicks from their mothers or will they be alright like this. I have to change the feed and the water 6-7 times in a day

Photos of your set up? Both the coop/run and your brooder where the hens and babies are now?

Without seeing it I'm going to assume the brooder space you have them in is way too small, and the hens want to get out.

What was your original plan with how this was going to work out?
