Two to three month old New hamp X partridge rock male or female?

the left is most certainly a cockerel but I'm not sure of the right one. Has the stand and body build of a pullet, but a comb/wattles and personality of a cockerel. I hatched these two by hand and they live on my fiancé's family farm. We are trying to figure out their definite genders

Both are definitely males.

They both are 100% cockerels because they have pointed saddle and hackle feathers and very large combs.
