I went by Tractor Supply Company yesterday to pic up some feed and walked out with some chicks. I got five Cornish cross, two Sussex and two from the assorted bantams. They are both clean footed and the yellow one is a little smaller then the brown one. Any Idea on what they are?

    Could they be sebrights?

The one with the darker head is a golden sebright--I got 2 last year and they are great little hens. By the way, you do know that the cornish cross are meat birds and should be butchered by 8 weeks? They can die of heart attacks and broken legs if you let them get older although some people do it.

Yes, I do know. I bought the Cornish cross for meat.
