two under the broody hen

    i just put two eggs under my broody hen today. jan. 10, 2008. lets hope they hatch.

    this is the broody! [​IMG] her name is poppin!!

    and this is the mom of one of the eggs. her name is bibity!!!

    i dont have a recent pic of the hen that laid the other egg. but this is her when she was younger. her name is fiona!!!

    Good Luck, They are very nice looking chickies, I have 6 due on the 24th if all goes well it will be my first hatch.

    I have 4 under my broody hen... this is her first time and my first time... I am a nervous nelly about it this is day 3 so I have a long time to wait [​IMG] do you seperate yours??? I am afraid if I bother her she will abandon the eggs so she is still in the coop

    no i dont separate mine. i can move my were ever i want and they still want to set.
