Tylan200 dosage info.

I know this has probably been covered thousands of times, but the search I did came up with mostly dosage info for Tylan50. I have a Polish hen who has a severe resp. infection, can't get Baytril until next week sometime. I have Tylan200 injectable, but can't find any dosage info. Can anyone please help? It's urgent. Thanks

Tylan 50 is tylosin 50mg/ml and Tylan 200 is tylosin 200mg/ml. I've never used it, so I can't tell you how to proceed. Here is some dosing info for it:

If you can find info on how much Tylan 50 to give, just give 1/4 the that amount using the Tylan 200. For example, if you find info saying to give 1cc of the 50 to a chicken, then give 1/4cc ( .25cc) of the 200. Make sense?
