ugly balding chick missing more feathers

I cleaned the coop tonight and held her for awhile and noticed she's missing more feathers. She's about 6 wks old. is this normal for a molt? or is something wrong? Bright eyed active, no signs of being sick.
She's just balding and ugly.

I could be dead wrong but that chick looks like a frizzle to me, so I guess the weird feathering would be considered normal for a frizzle? Try doing a search here on BYC for pics of frizzle chicks.

Most likely she is fine. They go through an awkward stage. Right now several of my six week old chicks are missing their butt feathers. They look pretty silly.

She will look gorgeous by eight weeks of age.
