I have a pet U2 (with no mate) who keeps laying eggs on the bottom of her cage. She is 13 years old, if that matters. She didn't start laying until about 3 years ago. She probably lays 6-8 eggs per year. Is that too many? I worry about it depleting her calcium levels. She has layed 5 since Christmas. Is there anything I can do to help prevent this from happening?
