un curled feet chick having trouble getting around

he's walking on his whole legs because his feet are all curled up.... we put him in the brooder just now because I thought he would get better grip and his feet might un furl if he could get better grip....

any ideas?

I had a hen that had curled toes but not as bad as yours sounds. After about a month of limping around she has started to get better. Maybe someone else will have some advice.
