Any morning I get to pop a coyote is a good morning.

What is it with these Kansas guineas??? They sure have an attitude. I don't think zaz has that problem. Dumb birds! I would really be hot if they drove my peacock off. Its really a wonder he hasn't gone mad!

  6. The same lead poison that worked on the 'yote works wonders on guineas.

Done that too! Got the leftovers in the freezer to prove it. [IMG] That bird was relentless pickin on poor Mr. Magnificent. I wasn't going to let another beautiful cock get chased off so I shot that dang guinea and we tossed it in the crockpot. DW liked it, I don't like dark meat. I've killed three of them so far and I won't hesitate to kill some more if they pick on my peas. [IMG]

Thing is, Kskingbee... You can't ever depend on a predator to eat the bird you want them to, they tend to prefer your favorite birds. The ones that are hateful must put off a nasty smell or something!
