Unhatched eggs+unhappy chick

Hi, I'm a little concerned because it is the 22nd day and besides a small crack in one of the eggs that has been the same since yesterday none of the chicks seem to show any signs of hatching and the one chick that did hatch seems very lonely and is constantly making a high pitched calling noise. Any suggestions about what might be done about the other eggs or the one chick?

Wait, and be patient!
I had one pip around 8am last Thursday and then did nothing until about 6pm on Friday, 15 hours of nothing.
