Unknown bantam hen

    This is Pearl,an unknown bantam. She was a black color and then grew the white necklace (hence Pearl) that kinda spread. She's got ear tufts, bare legs, and a tail. She's about 5mths old here. Any guesses would be appreciated. [​IMG][/IMG]

    Pretty bird, love the markings. Looks like an Easter egger.

    I guess EE it is. I have a full sized EE but she's the traditional brown. Didn't know they came in this coloration. But the blueish black legs, ear tufts, and now that I've gone and looked at other pictures, coloration all seem to line up. Thanks for the feedback.

    Easter Eggers come in loads of different colors. They are essentially ameraucanas, but with more muddled genes: they just don't meet the APA standard. But this doesn't mean they aren't excellent birds! [​IMG]I had a lovely little EE and she was the sweetest bird I could have ever asked for.
