Unknown disease plz help me

Can anyone tell me what is the name of this disease and how should i treat my chicks.

My chicks are dying with this disease (1.5 to 2 months) .first it attacks on one eye then chick slows down and gets weak day by day and after 3 days only one eye colour compelety change and chick die
Plz help me

I live in pakistan .someone said that its a marek's disease i m very sad because if thsts the case all my breeders wii be dead

If this is merks than i m done .does merks kill breeders i mean i hv big aseels will it also affect them .those aseel once fight off new castle disease with out being vaccinated.
