Chicken tenders! I need your knowledge!

I have a 3ish month old hen that has been lethargic the last few day, yesterday and today she has been falling to her side and not moving much.

She has been eating and drinking as normal. Poop looks healthy. Eyes and feathers are healthy. Toes and legs respond appropriately when you move her.

I’ve been giving some B complex, nutri drench, and feeding her some eggs.

What are the causes and what else can I do to help her?

Some corn crumble- maybe a handful a day and 6 chickens fight over it

When you stand her up, does she walk using both of her legs? Was she vaccinated for Mareks? Could she have been injured? I would continue the B complex vitamins and encourage her to eat and deink. Try her usual dry feed, try some wet chicken feed with water, scrambled egg or tuna, and make sure that she is drinking plenty of water.
