Unsure of breed of our rescue chicken

This is Lil Peeps..Does anyone know what breed or cross my chicken could be..roughly 5 months..was our little rescue house chicken..is now out with the others...thought it was a hen until recently..seems to be getting longer rooster type feathers..Super sweet..follows you like a dog..thought i would as you knowlegable folks whart you thought..

Definitely a roo. He started cock a doodle doing... Gonna make the best rooster ever..Follows you around and loves to hang out on your shoulder..Still no idea of his breed..any more guesses
