unsure where to find eggs/chicks in NE PA!

Hello everyone i am very new to the hobby (and area) and am trying to get a few chickens started, already have a coop and run set up now I am just trying to find some chickens or eggs (i also have an incubator) i am very hesitant to buy online as it "seems" to be somewhat risky knowing the shenanigans that can go in the post offices. if there is anyone in the NEPA or Upstate NY that could possibly shed somelight on this or sell my some chicks from their own flock id be greatly appreciative! THANK YOU! ps this is driving me bonkers!
