Please keep this clean, I am posting an update because I said I would.
I went to the PO this morning and had my receipt and the pic of the dead chicks in the box that the buyer sent.
My PO was disgusted , I spoke with the Postmaster, she made notes, also about my conversations with the not so helpful Customer Service.
BTW, I still have not received any calls back from anyone, even though they said I would.
My PO was going to call and report the lack of Customer Service.
On the Buyers end, he was able to file an insurance claim and will hopefully get his money back tomorrow.
Getting the money back is a good thing, but he still would have rather had live chicks.
I did find out that the box was shipped out of GA as it should have been, what happened after that is a complete mystery until the buyer received it yesterday afternoon.
