URGENT: Blood from nose/mouth during hatch. What to do?

I've never seen anything like this. I just went to check on my chicks hatching and there is one bird that was just about out that has blood around his nose/mouth. It's hard to tell which. It appears otherwise fine, and is cheeping, but is still bleeding. Should I take it out? Should I wait and see? What could cause this?

Maybe it's from zipping the egg. I'd leave it to dry then maybe put some antiseptic on it or put some on now if all the eggs have hatched. It should be fine though

I would watch it and go from there. It could of pecked through a vein while hatching. If it were me I would wait and watch and see if there is new fresh blood appearing. Sorry not much help, but that is what I would do.

I just went and checked again, It looks like the bleeding has stopped and that it may have been a superficial cut on the skin near it's beak. Probably from the sharp edge of the shell during zipping.
