URGENT: Broody mom not laying on egg thats hatching and dry/see blood!

I have one egg that's pip'd late and i dont know what to do! Went out to check on momma and baby and there it was open-momma got up to feed baby and my other EE jumped on the clutch from out of NOWHERE and her toe went through its membrane and there is a little bit of BLOOD

...were in FL but its so windy b/c of that hurricane that its just drying out! DONT have a clue what to do! Please help!!!
 
Gross as it sounds, you could put it in your bra...stranger things have been done around here...

Maybe wrap it in a moist paper towel and put it on a heating pad on low? That's what I would do as an option...believe it or not, I've found that a temp can be slightly too low at hatching...I keep my hatcher temp around 95 on hatch day because I have had tragedies where I had a temp spike at hatch and all my fully developed chicks died...
