Used brand new oven rack to cover brooder

    So I have 4 chicks, a little over a week old, in a large clear plastic bin. I had intende don making a hardware cloth top for it, but things happened and I didn't.

    Tonight I decide it has to get a cover before something bad happens. I plan on making a bigger brooder tomorrow, but needed something for tonight.

    Scoured the house and could only come up with the oven racks from our brand new oven. Haven't even used the oven yet!!! Dh sure is nice to ignore my craziness.
