I have a PSP from when they first came out a few years back. It has some very minor scratches, but performs like it is new. It comes with the game Sonic Rivals. I can't remember if I erased my profiles on the game, though.
The circular scrolling button broke off, but you can still easily scroll through things with the little bump that held it on, however.
It comes with its original box, a white plug, and a manual. Shown below is the game and PSP.
