'User list' Search by state?

Hi! The 'User list' has search by 'Country', 'State', 'Region'.
The list of countries comes up (we have one member from Qatar).

Would it be possible to add search by state? There is nothing there now but 'All'.

Lisa, if you choose United States in the country, the State drop down changes to include the states. and once you choose a state, the region drop down expands.
