They are about 4.5 years old. The three must go together. The hens still lay about once a week. Hens are black with green shimmer to their feathers. Rooster is generally nice to people, but may attack your shoes if he thinks you're going to kick him. Hens will eat out of your hands. They have been raised as pets.
