I have five 8 week old Silkies that I someday would like to show. What vaccinations should I get to insure that they don't pick up or spread any diseases? Also, what age do they have to be to get the vaccinations?

Many people who show chickens do not vaccinate their birds for anything. I myself only vaccinate for Marek's disease, which is present everywhere, in the chicken yard or at a show. The Marek's vaccination can only be given to chicks that are a few days old, so the time for that is past with your birds.

I am pretty sure they were vaccinated for Marek's disease as chicks. Is there any other vaccinations that can be given to chickens? I want to avoid diseases as much as possible.
