Vaccinations for my peachicks

Hello everyone! I was hoping someone could tell me what vaccinations to give my peachicks. I got them recently they are about 4-5 months old.

Also the person I got them from says they are vaccinated but I can't be sure. Is it ok if they get vaccinated twice, in case they already have been.

Is there any preventive periodic medication that should be given on a routine basis?

Medications you should have on hand are:

1) Safeguard or Valbazen for de-worming
2) Corid or Amprol for treating coccidiosis
3) Metronidazole for treating blackhead and some bacterial infections
4) Baytril for treating E. coli

Just in case i missed telling you back in March......
