Vent injury, maybe?

Our 6 month old Drake is starting to get a little crazy with his hormones and it’s a problem these last few days. Before I caught him and put him in isolation I noticed my best broody girl Georgia acting strange. She’s laying down in a weird part of the run and when I caught her this is what her vent looked like. I’ve since cleaned up the feathers and brought her inside. I don’t see any physical injuries outside but her poop looked a little bloody and she’s being very still and strange. I can only assume that the drake assaulted her. Maybe shock? Or internal damage?

She’s just laying outside in the run. If I try to catch her she will get up and run off and then returns. I’ve cleaned up her bottom and there’s no outward injuries. Should I bring her inside?
