Very Large Wound, need advice!

Can she get up and stand at all, or if you stand her up, do her legs work at all? You may want to check into a chicken sling—cut a hole for each leg and one for her droppings to come through. They anre good if a chicken is lame or having trouble balancing. You can put one in a dog crate, and place food and water bowls right in front of them. Here is a link for pictures:

Update: she seems to be healing up and doing well! Her wound is still very large but has scabbed over nicely and she has feathers growing back where she had bare skin. I've been struggling to find something that works to cover the wound as when it is uncovered she picks at it and eats herself :-( I've tried a few different chicken sweaters made by local people but they don't fit right and she keeps tipping over, thus far the best solution I found is a cut opened diaper I have her outside for a little snack this morning and she seems to be enjoying the spring weather that finally arrived!
