Very sick EE

I noticed my EE hen has been very sluggish , puffed up, wabbly when she walks like tripping over her own feet, can't hold her head up, not eating not drinking, I bought so vetRx and brought her inside and gave her some wet bread

any idea what could be wrong??

Is your flock vaccinated for mareks?
It could also be a vitamin b / riboflavin deficiency

They arent I'm very new to the chicken game I'm still learning my other hens are doing great she's the only one down

I would google riboflavin / vitamin b deficiency in chickens and see what comes up. For now do a little ACV water - helps with vitamin b

I started giving her vitamins and electrolytes and treated for worms just incase and I've seen some improvement today, I also got a picture of her poop will that help if I post it?

Although she is up and moving good today!!! She's def getting back to herself
