Very sick guinea hen

We have a very sick Guinea Hen. She has some ruffled feathers, very lethargic, rarely moves and is off balanced when she does move, runny poop, and very quiet. Can anyone help? We tried to worm her with a water based solution called "Backyard Chicken Health Pack" but I don't think it helped her at all.

I’m sorry your guinea is sick! Did you try posting on the Emergencies/Diseases forum? The general healthcare that applies to chickens can likely be used to figure out if you can help your guinea... Best of luck getting her through this!
