Very vocal russian orloff... male?

Could you get a clear picture of the bird in question? I am not sure why it is so vocal, but with a still picture it would be easier to try to figure out whether it is a cockerel or a pullet.

Yes, my Orloff hen has a very distinctive, low-pitched voice.

Orloffs tend to mature slowly, but for now I'm still going with pullet.
