Very weak duck hatchling

Hello I found a duck egg the other day that was hatching and the mother had already left with all the other ducklings that had already hatch so I took the egg home and put it in an incubator the duck hatched and can't walk or lift its head up I have held it by water and food so it can eat what else can I do for it?

Just keep doing what you're doing. Hopefully the little love will get stronger. Keep it warm. Good luck.
