Vintage Box Egg Incubator for someone near Nashville, TN

I have an old box incubator. I believe it had a "made by" tag on it, but I can't find one now. It came my 96 year old neighbor. She is very handy but can't remember if she bought this as a kit or intact. It has had mice in it, so it would need good cleaning. I have not tried to plug it in. I'm assuming it would need a bit of work, but for someone who is interested in refurbishing it in order to use it, it would be a fun project. I would like to convey it to someone who would use it for its original purpose. Let me know if you are interested. I'm not completely opposed to shipping, I just don't know how that would work. I'm in Nashville, Tennessee and will travel about 60 miles to meet someone who's in the middle TN area (inc Ky, Al, etc.)
