I read a post earlier on the forums somewhere about finding Vintage Type Fabrics for curtains and other items for their 1800's style house. I can't find the original posting so I thought I would make a new one.

Here are some websites to check out:

    http://www.antiquelinen.com

    http://www.easystreetantiques.com

I hope these help out whoever was looking for them, and please post some pics of your finished projects. I am doing the same thing with a house that was built in 1900.

If you want a MinPin Rescue site here is the link to the National Website.

    http://minpinrescue.org/

They have a listing by state and who is available for adoption.

And your most welcome, always glad to be of service to help someone else with a fabric addiction.

I've seen vintage fabrics on ebay, too - don't forget to look there.

Ebay and Etsy were both mentioned in the original post I couldn't find. I hope the poster of that one sees this one and let's me know if they found anything that would be useful.

Another place they can check is with the local historical society or museum. They might have something in their files that would help.
