vitamin question and sick 3 day old

everyone says poly-vis-ol but i picked up some of this at petsmart today and was wondering if it was ok to use this before i just started giving. its ecotrition brand 8 in 1 vita-sol, for all birds. contains vitamin A, vitamin D3, thiamine, riboflavin, vitamin B6, niacin, d-Pantothenic acid, and choline. if this will be ok id really like to know soon cause ive got a little one here who looks like hes about to give up and i havent once lost a chick yet.

Seeing that no one better equiped has answered. If it doesn't have Iron in it I would give. 1 ml to 1 QT water. The chick is isolated from others right?
If it is fading fast it may be already to late. But try anyway.
