Wait for eggs or eat the chickens

Wait until the daylength is back to 12 to 14 hour. If they were laying prior to yur purchase, the change in homes has stressed them and caused them to stop laying - a very common occurence.

X2!

I feel your pain. I've been feeding chickens for very little egg return for about a month. Just waiting on those longer days! Good luck to you!

Hello and welcome to BYC

Moving house is stressful for chickens and stressed hens don't lay. It can take them a few weeks to settle in. That and the short days are probably both to blame here. Give them a bit more time
