Walking around with coturnix quail on your hand?

I have tamed one my female coturnix quails to be friendly and not afraid of me.

However when she is on my hand and I start walking around she has a tendency to lose balance and sometimes fall off my hand. Will she eventually get used to being walked around?

In the photo below my tamed quail is wearing a diaper I made for her.

Coturnix quail are ground birds. They can't hold on like perching birds do, so if you want to carry her around, she needs to be held.

If u need ur hand free and she wants to be with you get her a soft small animal carrier that she can sit in while ur busy ...
