My chickens have always free ranged but now are wandering into neighbors yards. I'm unable to build a fence. Would it be better to cage them or find them a new home?
If you cannot put up a secure run for them - then I guess it would be best to rehome them. Maybe your neighbors would like them. Then you could still see them.
I've read it can be quite stressful to try to bring in new chickens into an established group. Anyone have thoughts on this? Don't want them miserable

there's something there they like, try giving them a little more feed or house snacks, mine seem to do it in phases. My neighbors don't mind the visit and I live in a pretty safe place.
