    Your other option would be to wait till March or April and ask at your local feed store. They may not keep them on site but still have them for sale. There are quite a few people that raise young ones over the fall/winter and then have them for sale when they are POL (point of lay) in the spring. Expect to pay $20-$30. In my area they are $25.
