HI!!! I'm looking for a broody hen or hens,any breed standard size.We live near hoosick falls NY Bennington VT,will travel up to 50 miles for pick up Thanks for looking MATT

Are you looking for a hen who's currently broody or one who is likely to go broody? A hen who is broody likely won't be broody any longer by the time you moved her to a new place.

I'm kinda new to this,I have broody breeds but have been unsuccessful to get my cochins to go broody but Iv herd that some breeds tend to be broody and the one that are,are hard to turn from it (orpintons,cochins ect,ect). I'm open to all imput from the prose on here,all the information that Iv gotten from this sight has been priceless.

You can't really get a hen to go broody....it's a hormone thing so if and when it happens it'll be on their time-table. You're correct that some breeds are more broody than others.

Moving a broody hen will more than likely break her out of it.
