wanted:: hens in portland, oregon

Hello,

This year has been my first experience with backyard chickens and it rules! The only hard part was buying 7 unsexed chickens to discover that 5 of them were roosters. Now our 2 lonely bantams are looking for company. They are about 5 months old and have a huge coop to themselves. I was looking to get 3 new friends for them, but HENS ONLY. I'm not stuck on bantams and really just want to get some new hens as soon as I can.

Please call me or write back if you have any leads. I live in Portland, but I'm willing to drive (2 hours max) to get the right hens. Thanks so much!

HI! i talked to you from craigslist. like i said in the other email the standard size sold and i have had to start a waitlist for more chicks. keep checking craigslist they have chickens all the time or you can go to the woodburn auction. my bantams like to go broody so i will have chicks off and on forever. i will update my list again soon.
