I'm Looking for these 2 breeds. Pavlovskaja and Russian Crested I also am looking for good quality Russian Orloffs for next year to breed.

Looking for chickens/chicks or hatching eggs. Need hens and roos.

If you have any info on where to get these breeds or have them for sale Please PM me!

I'm In northwest Michigan near the US10 line. I expect these will have to be shipped so Shipping isn't a deal breaker for me.

There are a couple pictures of them so you will know if you have seen them before.

Pavlovskaja have 5 feathered toes and comb should be like the Barbanter.

Russian Crested has a flop or sideways comb like what you see in the pictures. I'm looking for the sideways if I can.

Greenfire Farms plans on selling them but I have no idea what the price will be - in the $100s or the $1000s or ??? The hens are absolutely beautiful if they breed consistently true every time. Don't know enough about them except for the pretty pictures on Feathersite.com. I saw a video in Russian about them but I couldn't quite understand the dialect spoken but I enjoyed watching the birds walking and scratching around.

Mary O'Brien at the Egg Farm has a website and blog about her rare breed chickens and Pavlovskajas are one of her rare breeds. I asked her about the temperament of the birds but she says her group are still too young to assess yet. Crested, muffed, bearded, or feather-footed breeds are usually gentler non-combative birds so it will be interesting to find out from Mary what the temperament of these birds is like. You might want to contact her for hatching eggs next Spring since she sells hatching eggs for other rare breeds.

FYI - Besides the pre-July sales notice above, I just got informed that GFF has East Frisian Gulls they're expanding into their own Silvers, imported a new line of Ayam Cemani and have 4 different bloodlines, and improved their order-taking technology program.

It means I'm posting in the post to watch it (get notifications as people post in it rather than finding the post everyday) for updates in regards to Pavlov chicks/eggs.
