Wanted: Red or Speckled Sussex in Central Alabama

I'm looking for either red or speckled sussex chicks not too far from home. I have some ordered from an individual, but with this flu scare I'm wondering if it gets worse, will it affect shipping of chicks/eggs. Hopefully it won't but I'd sure feel better about it if I have some in hand. Then if my order comes in okay, I'll just have that many more!

I'd be open to Barnevelders too.

Where in AL are you located. I have Speckled Sussex and will shortly be hatching Barnevelders.

I'm just west of Birmingham on Hwy 269. How far is Piedmont from Birmingham? Might make a nice Saturday trip.
