    Hello,
I am looking for a rooster who is mature enough to go with my hens that are around 20 weeks old. I would like to be able to hatch some chicks for my backyard flock. However, I do not really want a lot of cost involved. I am located in Northeast Nebraska.

You might want to get a slightly older rooster, one past the cockerel stage who has settled down from his terrible teens. Sometimes people find they just have too many roosters and are happy to find a home for one or they may have used him one year and realized the following that most of the pullets they want to breed are his daughters and want some new blood. Good luck.
