WANTED: Standard White Cochin Roo & Barred Rock Roo

Wife picked up a couple of white cochin chicks a few months ago at a flea market, (I figured they would be roo's) turned out they where both hens.

So now she wants a roo to go with them.

She also wants a barred rock roo to go with her barred rock girls.

So if anyone has either one for sale or trade, around mid northern NC or mid southern VA area, please give me a shout.

Hi Brbrown,

I am not sure how far you want to drive but there is a chicken swap and sell on the 18th at the TSC in Farmville, VA. It might make for a pretty Saturday drive as the leaves are starting to change here.

Ive been monitoring that thread to see what others are are bringing, haven't seen any posts so far about a standard white cochin roo.

If it was closer i would go and may still go. Guess i should ask in that thread.

Too bad you weren't closer. I'd give ya my Barred Rock cockerels or choice of the two. Then when you were there I'd try to talk ya into taking some of the other cockerels.
