Sourdough.
One more machine knead. One hand knead. Hopefully enough raise to be done by supper time. If not, hot bread with butter and honey goes very well for dessert.

My dough took forever last night. Too dry in here and I don’t have a water squirter. Best of luck with the sourdough.
