Wanted to buy: Pullets or Hens (and maybe a rooster). Ohio

My wife and I are looking to buy 3 or 4 pullets or laying hens (any breed, as long as they are pretty cold hardy) and if they have a bonded rooster, we'd be willing to take a rooster as well. We are located just outside of Columbus Ohio and looking to stay within an hour of here.

Hello there, fellow Ohioian!

If you're near Columbus, on November 13 & 14, there is the biggest poultry show I've ever seen, called the Ohio National Poultry Show, and it's at the Ohio State Fairgrounds. They have the show, but also sales, and sooo many birds......My husband and I go and spend the night Friday, and go to the show on Saturday, and we always enjoy it.

You guys should go. So many chickens, and other poultry.....you'll be amazed, and I'm sure you'll find something pretty to buy.......
