You could order some from mypetchicken.com. They have white silkies, sexed at the hatchery, and can ship as few as three chicks at a time. i ordered 11 from them a couple weeks ago and they all arrived safe and sound.

I do believe Tupelo is NOT in Kansas, but I guess there could be one there as well.

You may be able to get some eggs or chicks or even adults from First Monday in Ripley MS it will be the 4&5 of next month i've seen several there you may try it out

I have been to 1st monday a couple of times and was not impressed with most of the folks and the way they shove 100 chickens in a tiny cage and leave them to fight each other and out in the heat. Would not recommend it myself. But that is just me. I am in Grenada, and I have had trouble finding anyone local with silkies. I ordered eggs online and hatched my own. I only have one white silkie so far and I think it is a roo? I love my silkies and would like to find more, so if you find someone that has eggs or chicks please email me or post on here. Thanks.
