Ok let me start off by saying...... While at my local TSC i saw the live traps on sale and thought to myself.... "self you should grab a set... Nah dont need them i have an older one in the garage..." Well i ofically jinxed myself!!! Woke up this am to find 2 of my whitr rocks and my son's beloved barred rock with out heads!!!!! Im so mad right now!
needless to say i made another trip to TSC and bought 2 sets of traps today... Stopped by my local shooter supply and bought plenty of 22 ammo... GAME ON!!!!!!! I will have a raccoon blanket or 2 by the end of the week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow, I can practically hear the war drums beating. The sweet smell of gunpowder... smells like victory! So sorry for your loss, though - I know how bad it hurts.

I've had a similar war here, but I mine is with the skunk population.

I've even had 4 new recruits in my 'war', my 4 tom turkeys. But they smell funky when they get sprayed.
