A short video of the chicken babies after retiring for the evening.
Yup, they look content.
Oh he's just BEAUTIFUL!
That's two roos now that I've just been slack-jawed over and I can't have one.
ARGH! This is not good, not good at all.
OMG = So gorgeous!! They're all beautiful, but it's true, the roo is divine! (And I can't have 1 either, darn-it).. Great pics!
Yup! All cuddled up and snuggled down for the night. One of my favorite sights is chickies roosting after a long day of pecking and scratching around in the yard. Especially when it's my girls and I know they're all tucked in safe and sound for the night in a nice warm coop and outside is REALLY cold like it is now! There's just something so satisfying about it!
Loved the music. All stacked up in a row like a bunch of zeros. LOL
Whoa... I just thought of something.
I ID'd a roo. Without the title saying Roo. Or a post saying Roo.
Woot! I'm getting better!!!
Edit ... of course, he was a rather obvious one. Big diff in feathering AND comb was obvious since he was right next to a hen of the same breed... but still it is progress.
Guinea Goonie: The music is Gogol Bordello, I highly recommend.
Quote:OK PinappleMama... Now what breed are they?
Random guess - am I allowed to guess?
Are they Welsummers? If not, what?! I'm curious!
Gotta chew on that one... I will not peek back until I have my final answer...
Yes, yes I do still have to look things up... but at least I know where to look now.
Not guessing Wel...
